The SafetyNet interface module includes both male and female connectors and is supplied with a communication cable (P/N 14925) which can be installed to fit either male or female SafetyNet output ports. Each SafetyNet installation will end up with two unused communication ports – either male or female – at the first and last modules in the system.
The interface module is used to access SafetyNet system data logs, special setups and
programming if desired. It is not required for standard self-configured system operations
